PASSPORT: Your passport must be a valid US passport and show an expiration date no earlier than May 1, 2026. If it expires sooner than May 1, 2026, you must renew it now. Holders of other than a US passport contact John at Polyways Travel or Evelyn for information. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain the proper visa and an appropriately dated and signed passport.

Your $500 deposit reserves your place and is reserved in the order your deposit is received. Make ALL checks payable to Polyways Travel Service LLC and mail it, with your completed booking form and a copy of the picture page of your passport: to Evelyn Czapiewski, P. O. If you transfer money by this means, please be sure to include your name, phone # and indicate it is “Fr. Thomas Trans’ Italy” in the notes. You will still need to provide Evelyn with the picture page of your passport and the booking form which you can photo and text it to my ph # (253-229-5554) or email it to [email protected]. If you wish to pay your plane ticket by credit card, call John at the above phone number. There is no fee added for you plane ticket but paying the land portion by credit card requires a 3% fee.

NEW EU REGULATIONS:
EES – Entry/Exit System. Effective November 10, 2024.
ETIAS – European Travel Information and Authorization System. Effective May 25, 2025.
Two new systems are being introduced by the European Union. EES is a high-teach system intended to transform the way non-EU travelers/US passport holders enter and exit the countries we will be traveling to on this pilgrimage. ETIAS requires US passport holders to enter personal information from their passport and receive a waiver. For those between the ages of 18 and 70 will pay a 7 Euros fee. More information about these requirements will be provided as we and the EU moves forward with these plans.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT: A deposit of $500 (check/ money order) per
person is required at time of booking payable by check or Money Order to
Polyways Travel Service LLC, with the completed booking form. Full
payment is due by July 21st, 2025.

TOUR COST: Total cost of the tour is $5,099 per person based on double
occupancy, based on tariffs and currency exchange levels in effect
12/01/2024 and subject to adjustment in the event of significant changes
in the exchange rate. Tour based on a minimum of 25 passengers.

CANCELLATION: Once a deposit or full payment is received, cancellations
will only be accepted in writing (mail or e-mail). The following
cancellation terms and fees will be applied based on the date that the
written cancellation is received by the pilgrimage coordinator. If cancelled
90 days or more prior to travel a full refund, 90-45 days $250.00 refund,
45 days to date of travel no refund.

TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Air transportation will be provided in economy
class with Lufthansa. Overnight accommodations will be provided in twin
bedded rooms. Single room supplement $1.150. Unused accommodation
and features of this tour are not refundable, nor exchangeable for other
services. The rights is reserved to substitute hotels and sightseeing
features if it becomes necessary.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Overnight accommodations will be provided in
standard rate hotels or pilgrim/religious house in twin bedded rooms
unless double bed is specifically requested and available. When possible,
roommates will be assigned. We reserve the right to substitute hotels and
sightseeing features.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR COST: Items of a personal nature, phone
calls, laundry, optional tour insurance, Mass collections, services and
additional meals or beverages other than those specifically mentioned in
this brochure.

TIPPING: Tips are an important part of earnings for your escorts, guides
and bus drivers. Tip envelopes will be provided for your convenience.
Gratuities for guides, drivers and hotel staff 100 USD per person.

BAGGAGE: One checked bag not to exceed 50 lbs. Penalties apply if 50 lbs
is exceeded. You are allowed one carry on that is no more than 10” H,
17” W, 24” L, and one personal item, such as a laptop bag, briefcase or
purse.

DOCUMENTS: Airline tickets are issued within 45 days before departure
and upon receipt of final payment. A Euro Visa is required. Check the
validity of your passport and be sure it is signed.

INSURANCE: Travel/ trip insurance is optional, but strongly recommended
especially with a medical pre-existing condition. Both insurance options
with or without trip cancellation coverage MUST be purchased within 14
days of initial deposit. Recommend Travelex Insurance. Others insurance
companies can be found with an internet search. Check with your medical
insurance carrier for coverage outside the United States.
